We have British roots that go back to the late 1990’s. Today our teams work globally with local and international clients of all sizes, out of office hubs based in the UK, USA, Portugal, Pakistan and Finland. Our experience spans many different sectors, both public and private, and we work with leading brands including Capita, Slimming World, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen Financial Services, Porto Editoria and Critical Techworks.

  • Gustav Bjorkeroth

    Gustav Bjorkeroth

    Radtac CEO
    “What I enjoy about life at Radtac is working with some of the most motivated and innovative people in the industry today” Gus is first and foremost a Dad to 3 young kids, a lover of early German (and slightly niche) electronic music and a big armchair sports fan. When he is not droning on about Leicester City Football Club, the England Cricket Team or starting an office fight over politics, he is occasionally found doing a bit of work! Gus is responsible at Radtac for the development and management of our Radtac Certified Associate offering and for the delivery of strategic business initiatives. He splits his time between our London and Leeds offices. Gus brings to Radtac a wealth of experience in sales, talent management and project delivery. Before joining Radtac, Gus worked for a number of entrepreneurial services companies, and founded and built a recruitment business. Gus is a CSM, CSPO and Scaled Agilist.

Darren has a background in commercial management, being an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers following sixteen years in Retail Banking. This culminated as a Senior Personal Banking Manager within the Guildford Group of Branches, which was comprised of 9 branches and 140 staff. A career change into IT in the late 1990s has led to a number of senior IT positions with world-class organisations in the travel and transport industry. With his strategic C-suite-oriented approach to IT leadership – and his infectious energy – Darren has successfully delivered multi-million pound business transformations for e-commerce sites, ERP implementations, outsourcing and offshoring including multiple agile transformations. In addition he is Prince2 Practitioner, DSDM Atern Agile PM Practitioner, APMG Facilitation Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, Kanban Practitioner and SAFe Program Consultant. A committee member of the BCS Agile Specialist Interest Group, Treasurer of BCS Kent Branch and an co-author of the BCS Book “Agile Foundations – Principles Practices and Frameworks” and a reviewer of “Agile Financial Management”.   • Virpi Rowe

    Virpi Rowe

    CEO - Radtac Finland and SAFe SPCT
    Virpi is a long-term Lean and Agile practitioner, consultant and trainer, specialising in agile transformations, agile portfolio management and business agility. Her background comes from large multi-national organisations who, in the early days, had to learn how to scale agile for large product and systems development across different countries. While she's now located in Finland, she has lived and worked for years in the USA and China, and travels regularly to many European countries training and coaching organisations on their agile transformation journey. More recently, Virpi has opened the Radtac office in Finland, focusing on serving the Nordic and northern European markets. Virpi is a certified SAFe SPCT - SAFe Program Consultant Trainer - and a regular speaker at various Nordic conferences. When she's not helping organisations with their agile journeys, Virpi’s passion is music, jogging and, in true Finnish fashion, swimming, sauna and enjoying midnight sun at a lake in the summer.

    Principal Consultant
    Adam's enthusiasm to help companies on their Agile journeys is what allows him to build great rapport as a coach. He is a Scrum Alliance member and an accredited Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional  (CSP) and Certified Team Coach (CTC). Adam is also a Scaled Agile badged SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). These credentials go along side his 10+ years of working on Agile programs for a mix of clients including: finance, gambling, government and aviation. Adam is a conference speaker and active Yorkshire Agile member; his love of empowering teams and empathetic approach to digital transformation have gained him admiration amongst his clients.

    Having previously worked in several customer and client focused roles, Alasdair brings his skill and experience of managing and maintaining excellent working relationships into his role as an Account Coordinator. He is an avid learner and is keen to build on his academic knowledge of agile business principles at Radtac. When not at work he enjoys long dog walks, cooking and watching any sport he can.

    Head of Business Performance
    Alan is focused on delivering transformational leadership and team training to improve teams and organisations using evidence-based and science-backed tools and interventions. Previous to that he has built two successful tech businesses and also trained and coached entrepreneurs and business leaders to help them create innovative, customer-focused teams that thrive. Prior to his entrepreneurial career he headed up HR for approximately 1800 front office banking staff, delivering multiple large organisational change projects (including acquisitions). His skill lies in his ability to translate the latest ‘people science’ into practical interventions to improve cultures, teams and leaders.

    Agile Coach & Trainer
    Alan is an Enterprise Agile Coach with experience leading large scale digital transformations. He works with organisations to evaluate where they are on their journey and help create a pathway to achieve their goals. Alan is a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation) working towards ACC level, expert facilitator and enterprise agile coach (ICAgile) as well as an agile trainer with Scaled Agile (SPC).

    Lean Agile Practice Lead & Certified Scrum Trainer®
    Alex is a professional, versatile and enthusiastic Certified Scrum Trainer® / Lean & Agile Coach.  He has well over two decades of experience working in technology teams and over a decade of that experience working in agile transformations. Alex has worked in complex environments for organisations from medium to large in size, in many sectors including financial services, medical, gaming, telecoms and others. His work involves advising organisations on Lean Agile transformations, business wide agility, agile team building and agile leadership. Plus Alex is highly experienced in development of custom training and education pathways to support large scale agile transformations. He believes that that there is no cookie cutter approach to any agile adoption, and each organisation needs to learn what the best way of working is for their context. Alex is a Lean Agile Practice Lead and Certified Scrum Trainer® for Radtac Ltd.

    Account Director
    Allan has previously worked in the Information Technology Sector working with clients through Project & Account Management. Allan enjoys the day to day internal and external stakeholder management to achieve targets and goals that benefit all. In his 4 years working for an IT service provider Allan worked in each of the product life cycle areas from requirements and innovation, pre-sales into delivery. Allan believes in honest and open communication relationships with his teams to achieve success. Allan is a certified ScrumMaster and Prince 2 qualified. Outside work he is a foster carer in addition to his own 2 children and if he gets any additional time will often be found on the treadmill (usually before anyone wakes up).

    Chris is passionate about inspiring and leading IT development teams to do what it takes to maximise value delivered, speed up learning and delivery cycles and build quality in. “I'm particularly interested in facilitating the alignment of multiple teams to sustainably deliver value together.” He has spent the better part of 20 years in diverse industries experimenting with what makes the software development process effective. He was Agile Program/Project Manager of the Year 2011 (UK Agile Awards) and is a SAFe SPC (Scaled Agile Framework Process Consultant), a Certified Large Scale Scrum Practitioner (LeSS) and, of course, a CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
