We have British roots that go back to the late 1990’s. Today our teams work globally with local and international clients of all sizes, out of office hubs based in the UK, USA, Portugal, Pakistan and Finland. Our experience spans many different sectors, both public and private, and we work with leading brands including Capita, Slimming World, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen Financial Services, Porto Editoria and Critical Techworks.

  • Gustav Bjorkeroth

    Gustav Bjorkeroth

    Radtac CEO
    “What I enjoy about life at Radtac is working with some of the most motivated and innovative people in the industry today” Gus is first and foremost a Dad to 3 young kids, a lover of early German (and slightly niche) electronic music and a big armchair sports fan. When he is not droning on about Leicester City Football Club, the England Cricket Team or starting an office fight over politics, he is occasionally found doing a bit of work! Gus is responsible at Radtac for the development and management of our Radtac Certified Associate offering and for the delivery of strategic business initiatives. He splits his time between our London and Leeds offices. Gus brings to Radtac a wealth of experience in sales, talent management and project delivery. Before joining Radtac, Gus worked for a number of entrepreneurial services companies, and founded and built a recruitment business. Gus is a CSM, CSPO and Scaled Agilist.

    Laura has followed an eclectic career path with over 25 years of engineering and management experience, ranging from aircraft engine design, diapers, and electrics cars, to software systems at Hewlett Packard, Sales.com, and eBay. Laura is passionate about the magic, mayhem, and extraordinary value produced by high performing teams. She is a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), as well as a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Certified Trainer of NLP, and is a Certified Trainer for Training from the Back of the Room. Laura is involved in Agile Game Design, and is a co-creator of “Business Value Estimation,” collaborator on “Power of 13,” and creator of “Scrum or Not.” She is a frequent speaker on the "Neurology of Agile Games", a keynote and conference speaker, a co-host of the podcast "Agile Games", and co-founder of the Agile Games West conference.

    Hugo Lourenco

    Hugo loves teaching and consulting in Agile, Lean and DevOps, using new governance approaches and Agile practices to change the traditional business model. For the last 10 years, he has been an enthusiastic and versatile Agile Learner all over Europe, and he in 2014 he founded the successful conference Scrumday Portugal. Hugo is also an Accredited Certified Trainer of DevOps Institute, Developments Agile Skills Association, Lean Kanban University, Project Management Institute and International Business Analysis Institute, and he is also a trainer in programs such as CBAP, PMP, RMP, ACP, COBIT, ITIL, Design Thinking, Leadership, Lean Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and Scrum.
    He was a marine in the Portuguese Navy, and his focus in adventures still holds today: he rides his motorbike, and counts surfing and paddling near Lisbon as his hobbies.
  • Virpi Rowe

    Virpi Rowe

    CEO - Radtac Finland and SAFe SPCT
    Virpi is a long-term Lean and Agile practitioner, consultant and trainer, specialising in agile transformations, agile portfolio management and business agility. Her background comes from large multi-national organisations who, in the early days, had to learn how to scale agile for large product and systems development across different countries. While she's now located in Finland, she has lived and worked for years in the USA and China, and travels regularly to many European countries training and coaching organisations on their agile transformation journey. More recently, Virpi has opened the Radtac office in Finland, focusing on serving the Nordic and northern European markets. Virpi is a certified SAFe SPCT - SAFe Program Consultant Trainer - and a regular speaker at various Nordic conferences. When she's not helping organisations with their agile journeys, Virpi’s passion is music, jogging and, in true Finnish fashion, swimming, sauna and enjoying midnight sun at a lake in the summer.

    Adam's enthusiasm to help companies on their Agile journeys is what allows him to build great rapport as a coach. He is a Scrum Alliance member and an accredited Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional  (CSP) and Certified Team Coach (CTC). Adam is also a Scaled Agile badged SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). These credentials go along side his 10+ years of working on Agile programs for a mix of clients including: finance, gambling, government and aviation. Adam is a conference speaker and active Yorkshire Agile member; his love of empowering teams and empathetic approach to digital transformation have gained him admiration amongst his clients.

    Director & Lean Agile Practice Lead & Head of Training
    Alex Gray is a professional, versatile and enthusiastic Lean & Agile Trainer / Coach with 20 year’s experience in varied IT projects and roles. A member of the BCS Agile Expert Panel, and an author of the BCS Foundation in Agile Practices syllabus, examination and course materials. Alex is a certified Sublicensed Scrum Trainer, Accredited Kanban Trainer, Certified Disciplined Agile Practitioner, Certified LeSS Practitioner, SAFe Program Consultant, Agile PM Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner with Programme Management experience. Alex delivers training courses in Scrum, Kanban, Agile PM, BCS Agile Practices and generic Agile techniques, and is author of the BCS Foundation in Agile Practices syllabus, examination and course materials.

    Chris is passionate about inspiring and leading IT development teams to do what it takes to maximise value delivered, speed up learning and delivery cycles and build quality in. “I'm particularly interested in facilitating the alignment of multiple teams to sustainably deliver value together.” He has spent the better part of 20 years in diverse industries experimenting with what makes the software development process effective. He was Agile Program/Project Manager of the Year 2011 (UK Agile Awards) and is a SAFe SPC (Scaled Agile Framework Process Consultant), a Certified Large Scale Scrum Practitioner (LeSS) and, of course, a CSM (Certified Scrum Master).

    Colin joined Radtac in August 2018 as our Head of Operations to support the business as it continues to expand; bringing with him 23 years of experience gained by working for large businesses and SMEs in the Retail, Education and Property sectors. “I love solving problems, getting to root cause and streamlining process by involving people and bringing them together. From my first meeting with the Radtac team I was energised by the ambition and drive of the team and the positive culture of the business”. Colin’s past roles not only involve business operations but also sales, HR & training and project management. “I’m really excited to join the Radtac family and being a part of an interesting and growing business”. When not at work Colin spends time playing the drums in his attic, taking selfies with his cats and refurbing the Police Box in his garden.
