Radtac has a history of transforming businesses since 1998, our first delivery being a major Agile transformation for British Airways. Since then Radtac has gone on to deliver a number of firsts including the UK’s first Public Sector Agile implementation with HMRC, the world’s first global Agile implementation with Fidelity Investments, world’s first DSDM Atern implementation with Rolls-Royce.
Along with these, we wrote ‘Agile Foundations: Principles, Practices and Frameworks’ published by the BCS – Chartered Institute for IT in 2015.
Radtac was founded on our commitment to enabling the business world to achieve more with less. We felt, and still feel, there is a better way, by creating a different kind of consultancy; one that forges closer trusting relationships, working with decision makers to give clear pragmatic advice, drive growth and bring business transformation to improve the world of work.
We have been working closely with major clients to provide tailor made training plans, management consulting, agile consulting, culture change and providing the best people through our Radtac Certified Practitioners; all as either a combined service or as stand alone elements of a plan.

Our selection process is challenging: it’s designed to identify people from top firms who have the deep technical knowledge, and, most importantly, the unique blend of people skills that differentiates a Radtac consultant or Radtac Certified Practitioner Associate from the rest.
