    Greg is a dedicated Delivery Lead, Scrum Master and Agile Coach working predominantly within Digital and Financial Services. With over 10 years’ experience Greg is well averse to multi-disciplined projects and transformations. His enthusiasm to lead and coach teams as well as organisations is renowned. Using his extensive skills and vast experience, Greg will: Coach, Lead and motivate teams on best practices for delivering a project; Motivate and Drive teams on continuous delivery and integration; Communicate with stakeholders at all levels with a successful track record of delivering high quality software with cross functional teams.

An Agile mindset has been key to combining her existing role as public training coordinator with undertaking new responsibilities to support our Finance Director as Accounts Assistant. Currently studying in her free time towards an AAT Certificate in Accounting, Jo demonstrates how she constantly strives to achieve a high standard for both Radtac and her own understanding & development.

Everyone always pushes each other to be better than yesterday, and with this ethos I have learnt so much and continue to learn.” Joshua is a passionate football fan and supports Manchester United FC and plays competitive 11-a-side football on a weekend. When he is not droning on about Manchester United FC, he is occasionally found doing a bit of work! Joshua is responsible at Radtac for the development of new business and the delivery of strategic business people solutions. He splits his time between our London and Leeds offices. Joshua brings to Radtac a wealth of experience in sales and talent management. Before joining Radtac, Joshua’s background was in technology recruitment. Joshua is a CSM and Scaled Agilist.

    Joy is passionate about People over Processes and Tools - we need to believe in our teams, without them we have no processes and no-one to use the tools. She is always working towards giving the teams a better environment to produce quality and value for themselves and, therefor, the company.

    Facilitator and Trainer
    Julia is a facilitator and trainer in a variety of areas related to change management. She is a Myers-Briggs assessor & NLP Master, with global experience - mainly in the USA & Asia, in addition to her native Europe. Extensive experience in specifying, designing and delivering facilitated workshops and training programmes. She also has extensive experience with Dynamic Systems Development Method, an Agile approach. She was a Director of the DSDM Consortium for 4 years (1997-2001), having been involved with its evolution from the inception in 1994. She is currently a director of the DSDM Consortium again.

    “What motivates and excites me are the opportunities to simplify highly complex business problems and helping organisations exploit opportunities for growth.” Khan is a specialist in business architecture and the modularisation of enterprise meta models. Coming from a Strategy background, Khan has worked on some of the UK and Asia’s most complex Change Programmes. He understands that responsiveness is one of the trickiest challenges to tackle in any organisation where a horizontal and vertical spread of an organisation’s capabilities requires a unique approach to delivering improved flexibility. Khan loves spending most of his spare time with his two amazing children, wife, and parents, and has a keen interest in Formula One and politics. When he finally escapes the rat race, his retirement plan is to move to the country and look after a herd of sheep!
