We have British roots that go back to the late 1990’s. Today our teams work globally with local and international clients of all sizes, out of office hubs based in the UK, USA, Portugal, Pakistan and Finland. Our experience spans many different sectors, both public and private, and we work with leading brands including Capita, Slimming World, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen Financial Services, Porto Editoria and Critical Techworks.

  • Colin Breen

    Colin Breen

    Head of Operations
    Colin joined Radtac in August 2018 as our Head of Operations to support the business as it continues to expand; bringing with him 23 years of experience gained by working for large businesses and SMEs in the Retail, Education and Property sectors. “I love solving problems, getting to root cause and streamlining process by involving people and bringing them together. From my first meeting with the Radtac team I was energised by the ambition and drive of the team and the positive culture of the business”. Colin’s past roles not only involve business operations but also sales, HR & training and project management. “I’m really excited to join the Radtac family and being a part of an interesting and growing business”. When not at work Colin spends time playing the drums in his attic, taking selfies with his cats and refurbing the Police Box in his garden.

Darren has a background in commercial management, being an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers following sixteen years in Retail Banking. This culminated as a Senior Personal Banking Manager within the Guildford Group of Branches, which was comprised of 9 branches and 140 staff. A career change into IT in the late 1990s has led to a number of senior IT positions with world-class organisations in the travel and transport industry. With his strategic C-suite-oriented approach to IT leadership – and his infectious energy – Darren has successfully delivered multi-million pound business transformations for e-commerce sites, ERP implementations, outsourcing and offshoring including multiple agile transformations. In addition he is Prince2 Practitioner, DSDM Atern Agile PM Practitioner, APMG Facilitation Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, Kanban Practitioner and SAFe Program Consultant. A committee member of the BCS Agile Specialist Interest Group, Treasurer of BCS Kent Branch and an co-author of the BCS Book “Agile Foundations – Principles Practices and Frameworks” and a reviewer of “Agile Financial Management”. My project delivery track record helps me to quickly establish credibility while my extensive team and engagement management background enable me to build strong relationships at all levels within the organisation. My key strength is the ability to articulate Agile concepts and make them relevant within a specific organisational context.     Eileen Measey

    Director and Head of Administration
    Likes: “Identifying and hiring individuals with specialist skills and experience. Administering complex environments while maintaining delivery quality.” Managing teams of up to 50 fraud investigators – including specialists from local authorities, police, CID, HMRC and Immigration – has given Eileen ample experience for her multi-discipline, team-building role at Radtac. Eileen provides comprehensive office administration management through to in-field audit and validation for both the public and private sector, ensuring that our logistics and services are delivered on-time, every time. In building and leading cross-functional teams she deals with areas of significant change and transformation and is well placed to serve the broad and multi-various needs of Radtac and our clients.

    Glenn Smith

    Principal Consultant and Trainer
    Glenn is a techy at heart, but these days doesn’t get a chance to get his hands dirty in the code anymore. As a coach and trainer, he helps organisations get better at product delivery and enterprise agility. He loves seeing people ‘get it’ and then going on to build great products, be that IT or non-IT alike. With near 20 years of experience, from the coal face of writing embedded software, to running a multi-disciplined team over two continents and having now supported many organisations, he has a wide range of skills and experiences. And in a past life he was a local politician, so can tell you lots of things about street lights and waste collection too!

His enthusiasm to lead and coach teams as well as organisations is renowned. Using his extensive skills and vast experience, Greg will: Coach, Lead and motivate teams on best practices for delivering a project; Motivate and Drive teams on continuous delivery and integration; Communicate with stakeholders at all levels with a successful track record of delivering high quality software with cross functional teams.

    Assistant Finance Manager
    Possessing excellent numerical & data entry skills along with a comprehensive understanding of commercial, administrative and accounting procedures, Helen is a key member of the Finance team at Radtac. Helen looks after the daily upkeep of timesheets and burndowns and looks after the accounts for Radtac US. Helen has proven her t-shaped nature with her in-depth knowledge of certain aspects of finance with a broad knowledge of all things finance due to her previous experience.
