We have British roots that go back to the late 1990’s. Today our teams work globally with local and international clients of all sizes, out of office hubs based in the UK, USA, Portugal, Pakistan and Finland. Our experience spans many different sectors, both public and private, and we work with leading brands including Capita, Slimming World, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen Financial Services, Porto Editoria and Critical Techworks.

  • Gez Smith

    Gez Smith

    Gez has a proven track record in delivering sustainable cultural transformation across global enterprises at all levels, especially in highly complex and heavily regulated environments.
    Gez started his lean-agile journey in 2004, as Product Owner at a small tech startup he built from a bedroom company to delivering directly for 10 Downing Street and the BBC Trust. He then moved into financial services, consulting and training teams outside of IT, especially marketing and HR departments.
    For four years he was Global Head of Agile for HSBC, where he also became one of only 75 top-level SAFe Programme Consultant Trainers (SPCTs) in the world. At HSBC, he married the bank’s regulatory controls framework to lean-agile approaches, led the adoption of SAFe across the bank, and personally trained over 2000 people in Scrum and SAFe.
    Alongside this, he holds an undergraduate and two masters degrees from the University of Bristol, most recently in strategy, change and leadership, and has published three books covering digital engagement, agile marketing and agile HR. He is an active contributor to the agile community, running a podcast on agile transformations and regularly speaking at conferences around the world

    Glenn Smith

    Principal Consultant and Trainer
    Glenn is a techy at heart, but these days doesn’t get a chance to get his hands dirty in the code anymore. As a coach and trainer, he helps organisations get better at product delivery and enterprise agility. He loves seeing people ‘get it’ and then going on to build great products, be that IT or non-IT alike. With near 20 years of experience, from the coal face of writing embedded software, to running a multi-disciplined team over two continents and having now supported many organisations, he has a wide range of skills and experiences. And in a past life he was a local politician, so can tell you lots of things about street lights and waste collection too!

    ScrumMaster Coach
    Greg is a dedicated Delivery Lead, Scrum Master and Agile Coach working predominantly within Digital and Financial Services. With over 10 years’ experience Greg is well averse to multi-disciplined projects and transformations. His enthusiasm to lead and coach teams as well as organisations is renowned. Using his extensive skills and vast experience, Greg will: Coach, Lead and motivate teams on best practices for delivering a project; Motivate and Drive teams on continuous delivery and integration; Communicate with stakeholders at all levels with a successful track record of delivering high quality software with cross functional teams.

    Assistant Finance Manager
    Possessing excellent numerical & data entry skills along with a comprehensive understanding of commercial, administrative and accounting procedures, Helen is a key member of the Finance team at Radtac. Helen looks after the daily upkeep of timesheets and burndowns and looks after the accounts for Radtac US. Helen has proven her t-shaped nature with her in-depth knowledge of certain aspects of finance with a broad knowledge of all things finance due to her previous experience.

    Homero adapts his approaches to match the needs of each and every organisation he works with, ensuring that there is strong alignment through the complete organisation. The focus is to transfer his knowledge and experience as quickly as possible, minimising any long-term dependencies. His goal is to help people design, create and deliver products fit for the modern, competitive, digital, mobile and social world, meeting the needs of customers/end users.

    Principal Consultant
    Jaeson combines his skills in Agile delivery with a background in Software Architecture and development. He loves motivating, challenging and inspiring teams to deliver real business value. Jaeson has worked in a diverse set of business sectors, including Telecoms, Media, Financial Services and PropTech and holds SAFe Programme Consultant (SPC), Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Kanban certifications.

    Having worked for over 25 years in both the private, public sector and non-for-profit organisations, Jahanger has vast experience leading and instigating transformational change through the use of digital technology. A certified SAFe Program Consultant and Scrum Master. Jahanger passion for change has led him on a journey through roles from business analyst, project manager and Scrum Master. Jahanger, truly believes adopting the Agile mindset is critical to responding to change. Jahanger, is thrilled to be working in the age of digital revolution and supporting businesses through their journey and is proud to part of Radtac's fantastic team.

    Jase is a software development consultant and trainer. His passion is improvement of the delivery process by helping people develop their skills alongside their software. His 25 years of experience in the development industry has taken Jase from call centres to law firms to insurance and finance, government and the electric vehicle markets. Jase is a certified scrum master as well as a coder, and this experience is now fueling his drive to develop curricula and training programs for the corporate sector
  • Jere Piippo

    Jere Piippo

    Business Operations Specialist
    Jere is based in Finland and takes care of finance, operations and training at Radtac Nordics. Jere is Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and is eager to learn everything about Agile. He is at his best when he gets to help others and is able to solve problems. Outside of work, he likes to play tennis and spend time with his dog.
