We have British roots that go back to the late 1990’s. Today our teams work globally with local and international clients of all sizes, out of office hubs based in the UK, USA, Portugal, Pakistan and Finland.     Assistant Finance Manager
    Possessing excellent numerical & data entry skills along with a comprehensive understanding of commercial, administrative and accounting procedures, Helen is a key member of the Finance team at Radtac. Helen looks after the daily upkeep of timesheets and burndowns and looks after the accounts for Radtac US. Helen has proven her t-shaped nature with her in-depth knowledge of certain aspects of finance with a broad knowledge of all things finance due to her previous experience.

If you're new to Agile or considering undertaking additional training Jo would be happy to share her own experiences and support you in your Agile transformation.

    Jude's career provides a wealth of experience in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (P3M) both in the UK and overseas bringing an experience to organisations from both a public and private sector perspective gained over the last 23 years. Her strong P3M skills using tailored MSP, Prince2 and Agile methodologies have been utilised in a variety of industries including healthcare, intelligent transport systems, rail, banking, local authority and education. Jude is also an effective translator of business needs into transformation roadmaps. These experiences mean her training is supported with real-life experience and stories. Her training will expand your skills, making you a more effective part of a project team, whither you are a business sponsor, a project manager, product owner, scrum master or a team member to name a few. Whatever your role Jude can help expand your skills.

    Kay has over 16 years of experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives within the financial services industry. For the first part of her career, she worked on the trading floors of some of the world's largest investment banks, using agile practices to build and support financial systems. She then made the move to a payments fintech where she was responsible for leading their enterprise agile transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Now a Consultant, Kay wants to use her passion and experience to help other organisations on their digital transformation journey.

    “What motivates and excites me are the opportunities to simplify highly complex business problems and helping organisations exploit opportunities for growth.” Khan is a specialist in business architecture and the modularisation of enterprise meta models. Coming from a Strategy background, Khan has worked on some of the UK and Asia’s most complex Change Programmes. He understands that responsiveness is one of the trickiest challenges to tackle in any organisation where a horizontal and vertical spread of an organisation’s capabilities requires a unique approach to delivering improved flexibility. Khan loves spending most of his spare time with his two amazing children, wife, and parents, and has a keen interest in Formula One and politics. When he finally escapes the rat race, his retirement plan is to move to the country and look after a herd of sheep!
