    Head of Radtac Asia
    “What motivates and excites me are the opportunities to simplify highly complex business problems and helping organisations exploit opportunities for growth.” Khan is a specialist in business architecture and the modularisation of enterprise meta models. Coming from a Strategy background, Khan has worked on some of the UK and Asia’s most complex Change Programmes. He understands that responsiveness is one of the trickiest challenges to tackle in any organisation where a horizontal and vertical spread of an organisation’s capabilities requires a unique approach to delivering improved flexibility. Khan loves spending most of his spare time with his two amazing children, wife, and parents, and has a keen interest in Formula One and politics. When he finally escapes the rat race, his retirement plan is to move to the country and look after a herd of sheep!

She has experience in creating a shared vision among the enterprise and build a strong, united leadership to empower organisations to achieve a successful Agile transformation. She is a Certified Scrum Professional and an active participant in the Scrum Alliance Community. Kim served as Co-Chair for Scrum Alliance's Global Gathering 2017. "I LOVE people and enjoy creating positive change in their professional and personal lives. Coaching others to realise their potential and setting them up to achieve results is a win for everyone. Having the opportunity to train and teach others to learn is a gift and inspires me each day when I see others experience that "Aha Moment". I teach to inspire and I'm doing what I love.     "I am an Enterprise Agile Coach and Organisational Therapist committed to help organisations on their journey towards Agility. I enjoy solving operational challenges, especially when followed by actionable, value-driven activities, not to mention tracking progress across the organisation and instilling a continuous improvement culture.
    To achieve optimum coordination amongst multiple teams and programmes, I build in-house capabilities for sustainable delivery, clear ownership and commitment, even in strongly political environments. My interventions are carefully picked and are surgical in nature, to avoid disruption, accelerate learning and minimise long-term dependency on external help.
    Being a passionate advocate of All-Things-Agile, Organisational Therapy and Distributed Leadership, I was trusted to deliver global mission-critical projects and change the organisational culture/mindset of SaaS companies (a proud Salesforce-r/ExactTarget-er), McKinsey & Co., the Big Four (KPMG) and the European Commission in the last 10+ years.
    Finally, I am a co-Author of the official BCS Agile Foundations Textbook –sections dedicated to Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Collaboration and Communication."

    Les is a highly experienced Business Development Consultant who has been around services-oriented IT Sales and Marketing with large multinationals and niche market SME’s for more than 30 years. With a deep, real-world, experience of Agile, Les is a Certified Agile Practitioner, Member and ex-Director of the DSDM Consortium, and past member of the Agile Business Conference organisation team. He has been a speaker at the Agile Business Conference, and has moderated and presented at various Agile events. Les has sold and participated in the delivery of some of the largest Agile Programmes, within Banking, Retail and Technology industries - and also one of the first successful Public Sector Agile Transformation Programmes. Les has a strong personal network within the Business, Agile and Oracle communities. Since first being introduced to Agile in early 2000, he has worked successfully with organisations and teams to introduce and apply Agile methods, and enjoys working with interesting, forward-thinking people. Outside of work, Les likes to spend time playing Golf, supporting Brighton and Hove Albion, and being with his family and his grandchildren.

A highly motivated, emotionally intelligent and entrepreneurial individual, with wide experience of strategic planning, project management and strong drive of implementing new processes and cultures within business. Thrives in challenging environments, especially when introducing and managing change in business is paramount. Highly engaging with all stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and managed. A natural leader, with extensive range of practical skills in all areas of business management including digital marketing and finance, with complementary graduate and post graduate qualifications. Very much a people person, a great listener and coach, driven to help people understand the situation so that the vision becomes their own.

Matt has 8 years’ experience as an Agile Coach helping organisations transform their software development approach using Lean and Agile. Matt has been responsible for leading numerous cutting-edge Agile initiatives involving Scrum, XP and Kanban for both small projects and large programmes.

    Matt has over 20 years broad experience covering architecture, strategy, development, systems integration, infrastructure, project management and business analysis. This breadth of knowledge and experience, coupled with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills, ensured that complex projects were delivered for a broad range of companies. Since 2008 he has coached companies in delivering Agile change across organisations of up to 9000 people, and led a team of Agile coaches. He gained his Scrum Trainer certification in 2009 after co-training with Scrum evangelist and author, Mike Cohn. Matt speaks at conferences between coaching engagements.
