    With a determination to succeed and great enthusiasm, Jo’s dynamic approach fits perfectly with her role as Training Manager in our busy Training Team. Jo joined the Team in 2013 when she began her own Agile journey learning, understanding and applying Agile principles and practises developing and adopting the company's Agile mindset. If you're new to Agile or considering undertaking additional training Jo would be happy to share her own experiences and support you in your Agile transformation.

    One of the standout things for me about working for Radtac is the ongoing support you always receive. Everyone always pushes each other to be better than yesterday, and with this ethos I have learnt so much and continue to learn.” Joshua is a passionate football fan and supports Manchester United FC and plays competitive 11-a-side football on a weekend. When he is not droning on about Manchester United FC, he is occasionally found doing a bit of work! Joshua is responsible at Radtac for the development of new business and the delivery of strategic business people solutions. He splits his time between our London and Leeds offices. Joshua brings to Radtac a wealth of experience in sales and talent management. Before joining Radtac, Joshua’s background was in technology recruitment. Joshua is a CSM and Scaled Agilist.

    Julia is a facilitator and trainer in a variety of areas related to change management. She is a Myers-Briggs assessor & NLP Master, with global experience - mainly in the USA & Asia, in addition to her native Europe. Extensive experience in specifying, designing and delivering facilitated workshops and training programmes. She also has extensive experience with Dynamic Systems Development Method, an Agile approach. She was a Director of the DSDM Consortium for 4 years (1997-2001), having been involved with its evolution from the inception in 1994. She is currently a director of the DSDM Consortium again.

    “What motivates and excites me are the opportunities to simplify highly complex business problems and helping organisations exploit opportunities for growth.” Khan is a specialist in business architecture and the modularisation of enterprise meta models. Coming from a Strategy background, Khan has worked on some of the UK and Asia’s most complex Change Programmes. He understands that responsiveness is one of the trickiest challenges to tackle in any organisation where a horizontal and vertical spread of an organisation’s capabilities requires a unique approach to delivering improved flexibility. Khan loves spending most of his spare time with his two amazing children, wife, and parents, and has a keen interest in Formula One and politics. When he finally escapes the rat race, his retirement plan is to move to the country and look after a herd of sheep!

    "I am an Enterprise Agile Coach and Organisational Therapist committed to help organisations on their journey towards Agility. I enjoy solving operational challenges, especially when followed by actionable, value-driven activities, not to mention tracking progress across the organisation and instilling a continuous improvement culture.
    To achieve optimum coordination amongst multiple teams and programmes, I build in-house capabilities for sustainable delivery, clear ownership and commitment, even in strongly political environments. My interventions are carefully picked and are surgical in nature, to avoid disruption, accelerate learning and minimise long-term dependency on external help.
    Being a passionate advocate of All-Things-Agile, Organisational Therapy and Distributed Leadership, I was trusted to deliver global mission-critical projects and change the organisational culture/mindset of SaaS companies (a proud Salesforce-r/ExactTarget-er), McKinsey & Co., the Big Four (KPMG) and the European Commission in the last 10+ years.
    Finally, I am a co-Author of the official BCS Agile Foundations Textbook –sections dedicated to Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Collaboration and Communication."

Thrives in challenging environments, especially when introducing and managing change in business is paramount. Highly engaging with all stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and managed. A natural leader, with extensive range of practical skills in all areas of business management including digital marketing and finance, with complementary graduate and post graduate qualifications. Very much a people person, a great listener and coach, driven to help people understand the situation so that the vision becomes their own.
