    Ramki Ravulapalli

    ScrumMaster Coach
    Ramki is a Coach and Scrum Master with extensive experience in delivering complex, large scale business change and transitioning from Waterfall to Agile. Ramki has been member of the implementation team responsible for the roll-out of one of the largest leadership / sales excellence / service excellence programmes in the banking industry. Using his extensive skills and vast experience, Ramki will: Coach Scrum Teams, Product Owner and other Scrum Masters in application of Scrum; Plan, lead and execute Agile Transformations; Develop Agile Coaches.

    Randal Cooper

    Product Owner and Trainer
    Randal has extensive and wide ranging experience, gained over a period of 35 years in the IT and other business sectors. He is capable of taking on a wide range of technical and management roles and responsibilities, including consultancy, design and pragmatic implementation of current Agile approaches to effect transformational change within organisations and teams, and leading, training, coaching and mentoring teams and individuals at all organisation levels.

    As a Software developer, it is Richard’s responsibility to technically oversee all new and on-going development, maintaining hands-on presence to ensure a laser focus on quality. Richard also takes on-line and resource management responsibilities for development teams, along with ownership of development practices and R&D into new technologies & Agile methodologies. A Sun Certified Java Programmer and Developer, plus a Certified ScrumMaster and Kanban Practitioner.

    Ryan is a young, keen and motivated individual currently working with Radtac towards achieving his NVQ Business Administration Level II.  Since working for Radtac, Ryan has developed various new skills, and has adapted well to the Agile mindset of the company. Having never heard of Agile before, Ryan has quickly grasped the knowledge and understanding of Agile, how it works and how it can be implemented.  He recently sat the BCS Foundations Certificate in Agile course and passed the exam with flying colours.  This was a big achievement for Ryan and gave him even more enthusiasm and determination to learn more about the Agile world. Ryan is excited for what the future holds with him at Radtac.

    A young PR and marketing professional, Sabina enjoys working in a vibrant business environment. She sees adopting an Agile mindset, Agile principles and practices as a great opportunity that brings with it a new way of working - including an Agile approach to marketing. Sabina has a bachelor's degree in Communication and PR, and a master's degree in Marketing and Advertising. She previously worked as a Marketing professional for a technical product - a form building platform - where Agile had started to improve the company performance. "I feel very lucky that I have the chance to work within such a fantastic, vibrant team, within a people-oriented organisation that puts customer success as one of its highest principles. Every day, there are new things to learn, and our colleagues at Radtac are some of the best people to learn from and be inspired by."

    Sacha is Radtac’s fun and enthusiastic Resource Manager. She has an IT recruitment background, and strives to deliver exceptional talent for Radtac. "Since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2013, I have always been determined to have a successful career and I look forward to what the future holds at Radtac as we grow. I’m a Resource Manager by day and a boxer by night, so if I’m not in the office you can catch me in the gym, training hard for my upcoming fights!"

    “I help organisations get quality software delivered on time and on budget by successfully incorporating Agile principles into their teams’ ways of working. As evidenced by my recent delivery track record as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager and Agile Project Manager. I have 25 years software development experience, with the past 6 years in Agile leadership roles working with teams based on site, off-site and off-shore. An accomplished, dedicated and delivery focused IT professional who is particularly passionate about Agile and the benefits it can bring to software development. I possess an extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Nexus, DSDM Atern and Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD)." Simon is an active member of a number of Agile-focused Meet-up groups, as well as co-organiser of the London Agile Discussion Group. These activities have helped enormously in growing a solid understanding of how best to apply Agile in the workplace and led to a large network of Scrum Masters and other Agile professionals.     Live Illustrator, Business Visualiser and Trainer
    Stuart is a professional live illustrator with extensive traditional/ Agile Project management experience and a deep-rooted appreciation for Agile Principles and Methodologies. He has harnessed his creative skills to translate concepts and processes into engaging visuals during workshops, events and conferences. With international notoriety within the Agile Community, Stuart has provided his services at various Scrum Alliance Global Gatherings/ Retreats. In addition he has illustrated at an endless list of popular Agile conferences such as the Agile Testing Days in Berlin, the Lean Agile Scotland Conference and the London Lean Kanban event. By combining both creative and analytical skills Stuart contributes to team visioning/ planning workshops and retrospectives by offering captivating visuals that crystallise ideas and learning. When he’s not coaching, delivering training and live illustrating, Stuart is running a number of ‘Innovation through Visualisation’ workshops to support individuals to gain the confidence to draw and collaborate effectively. The newly gained skills assist teams to solve problems and map ideas with the use of graphic metaphors and additional visualisation techniques. Stuart joined Radtac in 2015 where he continues to assist individuals, teams and organisations with an array of visualisation services.
