We have British roots that go back to the late 1990’s. Today our teams work globally with local and international clients of all sizes, out of office hubs based in the UK, USA, Portugal, Pakistan and Finland.     "I am an Enterprise Agile Coach and Organisational Therapist committed to help organisations on their journey towards Agility. I enjoy solving operational challenges, especially when followed by actionable, value-driven activities, not to mention tracking progress across the organisation and instilling a continuous improvement culture.
    To achieve optimum coordination amongst multiple teams and programmes, I build in-house capabilities for sustainable delivery, clear ownership and commitment, even in strongly political environments. My interventions are carefully picked and are surgical in nature, to avoid disruption, accelerate learning and minimise long-term dependency on external help.
    Being a passionate advocate of All-Things-Agile, Organisational Therapy and Distributed Leadership, I was trusted to deliver global mission-critical projects and change the organisational culture/mindset of SaaS companies (a proud Salesforce-r/ExactTarget-er), McKinsey & Co., the Big Four (KPMG) and the European Commission in the last 10+ years.

    Lisa’s background is 25 years in business development, performance management specialist coaching and training, designing and delivering bespoke business generation strategies, processes, sales team regeneration and leadership coaching. She’s experienced in business consulting for a broad range or sectors, including financial, property, recruitment, IT/Tech & FMCG. Lisa is also the author of "Pull NOT Push - A revolution in selling for people who hate it!",  and has created her "Pull NOT Push" methodology with which she has been supporting businesses to transform, create sustainable growth programmes and empowering start-ups and scale ups. “I am so excited about joining the Agile community and Radtac in particular. This feels like a very natural progression for me to work at the cutting edge of business transformation, with a very person centred approach to thriving in volatile & challenging times”.

Mark has overseen the implementation of scaled agile solutions within the telecoms industry, assessed and coached senior leadership in the airline industry during organisation wide restructuring, lead an organisation of 500 through restructuring and coaches individual clients in various industries internationally.

    Matt is a dedicated Agile Coach and Professional Scrum Master who has worked on Agile projects and transformations. Matt has 8 years’ experience as an Agile Coach helping organisations transform their software development approach using Lean and Agile. Matt has been responsible for leading numerous cutting-edge Agile initiatives involving Scrum, XP and Kanban for both small projects and large programmes.

    Norma Acevedo L. has more than 27 years operational experience in the telecommunication industry, where she has been engaged as a senior software developer, troubleshooter, process engineer, deployment product manager, Agile coach and Scrum Master in several IT projects. Passionate Agilist, an expert for Agile, DevOps, change management and organisation management, Norma has supported her Agile consulting and training services to the success of Agile deployment to several European companies. The Agile transformations driven by Norma affect a wide variety of industrial sectors such as insurance, telecommunications, retail, government, apps, media… these experiences build the fundamentals of her SAFe courses, where she combines the theory with lots of practical examples and lessons learned while supporting enterprises with Business Consultancy.
