We have British roots that go back to the late 1990’s. Today our teams work globally with local and international clients of all sizes, out of office hubs based in the UK, USA, Portugal, Pakistan and Finland.     ScrumMaster Coach
    Ramki is a Coach and Scrum Master with extensive experience in delivering complex, large scale business change and transitioning from Waterfall to Agile. Ramki has been member of the implementation team responsible for the roll-out of one of the largest leadership / sales excellence / service excellence programmes in the banking industry. Using his extensive skills and vast experience, Ramki will: Coach Scrum Teams, Product Owner and other Scrum Masters in application of Scrum; Plan, lead and execute Agile Transformations; Develop Agile Coaches.

    Trainer / Engagement Lead
    Having worked for over 20 years in both the private and public sector, Rob has vast experience leading and instigating transformational change through the use of digital technology. A certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, DSDM and Kanban Practitioner, Rob truly believes adopting the Agile mindset and methodologies are key to engaging teams and stakeholders to harness the true potential and value of their products, projects and working relationships.     As a Software developer, it is Richard’s responsibility to technically oversee all new and on-going development, maintaining hands-on presence to ensure a laser focus on quality. A Sun Certified Java Programmer and Developer, plus a Certified ScrumMaster and Kanban Practitioner.

    Rolf is a senior Lean and Agile trainer and coach, a Lean-Agile transformations specialist, and a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), with years of experience working in large multinational organisations, and a passion for helping leaders, managers and teams to adopt Lean and Agile values and principles. Rolf relentlessly seeks solutions that bring not only short term results, but help organisations perform better long term, and most importantly, enable them to drive the change themselves.

    Engagement Lead
    Stephanie has come from a team management and customer engagement and support background. She thrives off the satisfaction of getting a happy customer. Stephanie is a Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner and Prince2 qualified. Stephanie has a calm, laid back approach and works well under pressure. She worked for a concierge service many years ago and had to assist with arranging for a clients dead dog to be removed from his swimming pool late on a Friday night! Stephanie’s proudest working achievement was overhauling a customer support function in her previous role to take their instant chat first response time from 5.5 minutes to just 15 seconds on average every month. “I am so passionate about problem solving and delivering an outstanding customer experience. I love building relationships and really getting to understand our customers needs. Being part of Radtac I am given the encouragement and support to grow from with in our business. This is absolutely essential to be able to progress and I am really keen to be able to share this way of working with our clients so they too can reach their full potential.”
