We have British roots that go back to the late 1990’s. Today our teams work globally with local and international clients of all sizes, out of office hubs based in the UK, USA, Portugal, Pakistan and Finland.     Client Success Manager
    Steph is an experienced Sales and management professional, having spent the last 3 years working in recruitment at a local agency as well as having experience working for a global sales business. Steph is a driven individual with a positive attitude and strives to build relationships with her clients, to help them solve problems and assist with any requirements they need. Outside Work Steph enjoys walking and being outdoors, socialising, traveling and skiing.

    Stuart Young

    Innovation Practice Lead and Trainer
    Stuart is a professional live illustrator with extensive traditional/ Agile Project management experience and a deep-rooted appreciation for Agile Principles and Methodologies. He has harnessed his creative skills to translate concepts and processes into engaging visuals during workshops, events and conferences. With international notoriety within the Agile Community, Stuart has provided his services at various Scrum Alliance Global Gatherings/ Retreats. In addition he has illustrated at an endless list of popular Agile conferences such as the Agile Testing Days in Berlin, the Lean Agile Scotland Conference and the London Lean Kanban event. By combining both creative and analytical skills Stuart contributes to team visioning/ planning workshops and retrospectives by offering captivating visuals that crystallise ideas and learning. When he’s not coaching, delivering training and live illustrating, Stuart is running a number of ‘Innovation through Visualisation’ workshops to support individuals to gain the confidence to draw and collaborate effectively. The newly gained skills assist teams to solve problems and map ideas with the use of graphic metaphors and additional visualisation techniques. Stuart joined Radtac in 2015 where he continues to assist individuals, teams and organisations with an array of visualisation services.

    Sue Skinner

    Business Operations Coordinator
    Sue joined Radtac in 2017 working in our Operations and Business Support Team and is a keen and motivated individual. Sue’s positive and conscientious attitude contributes immensely to the smooth running of the Team and she is always willing to help colleagues and clients. Sue has previously worked for NatWest for many years bringing with her a wealth of experience.
  • Sukie Kang

    Sukie Kang

    Principal Consultant and Trainer
    Sukie has over 20 years experience across a wide variety of industries. Starting out as a network administrator, he has worked as a technical architect, in project and programme management and set up the Global PMO for a global organisation. More recently he works with organisations who are undergoing a transformation of ways of working. He has worked with leaders and teams to adopt lean principles and the Agile mindset. Well-travelled, he has lived in 4 European countries and has worked closely with teams on 5 continents. A self-confessed technology geek but is obsessed with customer experience and customer value. As well as his native English, he also speaks some Spanish, Dutch and Punjabi. Sukie also has an MBA from Henley Business School in the UK. In his personal time, he takes a keen interest in clean energy, EVs and consumer technology.

    Tania is currently studying a Bachelor's degree in International Business at university in Helsinki, Finland where she lives and works remotely. Tania joined the Delivery Team at the beginning of May 2022 as a Delivery Coordinator for the EMEA region. In her spare time, Tania enjoys spending time with friends, family and her golden retriever!

    Tara has joined Radtac as a Learning and Development Coordinator based in the Kent office. She thrives from the satisfaction of a happy customer. Tara is very much looking forward to her journey and is keen to grow and learn with Radtac. In Tara’s spare time she enjoys competing her horse and socialising with friends.

    Tom Betteridge

    Client Success Manager
    Tom comes from 6 years in recruitment most recently with a blue-chip agency, supporting the growth of Technical Sales teams within the SAAS sector. He brings a variety of industry experience from Australia and the UK across technology, banking/finance and professional services. After beginning his career with a family owned agency, Tom has always found motivation in nurturing long term business relationships driven by an “above and beyond” service and a personal care. Outside of work Tom is a keen sportsman, with a focus on rugby, squash and has a couple of ultra-marathons under his belt, as well as a passion for world travel and collecting limited-edition sneakers to the dismay of his savings.

    Business Development Manager
    Tu Anh joined the team in May 2022 and with her motto of “Stay excited about life”, she brings a great energy and enthusiasm to our European team. After achieving her art major, Tu Anh turned her skills to industrial engineering, collecting experience from a range of businesses, start ups and voluntary work. Now, she is excited to be part of Cprime as a Business Development Manager where she will use her knowledge to develop Cprime’s presence in Germany. If you can't find her at work, she is probably checking out some new restaurants/cafés in town.
