Information for course attendees and customers

We’re all aware that Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is still being widely reported and causing public health concerns globally. We would like to reassure our customers that everyone’s wellbeing is our utmost priority and as such, we’ll continue to follow the latest guidance and regional rules.

For now, our in-person training facilities and services are closed and will remain so until recommendations from those official channels change and we assess the risk for our team, clients and partners mean it is safe to re-open. 

While we understand in-person experiences are usually preferred by our clients, we want to ensure that during challenging times different approaches are available to support our clients. Therefore we will continue to run all scheduled trainings as planned but via remote delivery during this time.

However, as we know Live-Online training won’t be for everyone or circumstances may have changed we’d like to extend the offer to transfer to an in-person training course (likely 2021) or cancel your place on the upcoming course date and provide a refund.
