Information for course attendees and customers

Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is being widely reported following the development and public health concerns unfolding globally. We would like to reassure our customers that everyone’s wellbeing is our utmost priority.

Based on the latest guidance and pleas from Governments to “stay at home” our in-person training facilities and services are now closed until recommendations from those official channels change.

While we understand in-person experiences are usually preferred by our clients, we want to ensure that during challenging times different approaches are available to support our clients. Therefore are planning to continue to run all scheduled training as planned but via remote delivery during this time.

If you are registered to attend one of our upcoming events or we are scheduled to be facilitating training at your premises during April & May, we will be in contact with you to let you know this and our recommendations for transferring to a Live-Online virtual classroom. However, as we know Live-Online training won’t be for everyone or circumstances may have changed we’d like to extend the offer to transfer to an in-person training course date later in 2020 or cancel your place on the upcoming course date and provide a refund.
