What types of Training courses do you offer?

  • We offer a wide range of Lean and Agile training courses, in both public training and private training formats: Scrum, Kanban, Agile Project Management, PRINCE2, SAFe and more. Where and when are your courses running?

  • The majority of our courses run in Central London locations, in modern and easily accessible venues. However, we occasionally have various courses running across the UK, in locations such as Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester and others. Check out the Training Schedule to find a course that suits you. If you can’t find the location you are looking for, get in touch and see if there is any training planned in your area. In terms of timing, our courses run regularly throughout the year on weekdays. We also offer a few of our courses as weekend courses, such as Certified ScrumMaster® and Leading SAFe®.

Is the exam included in the course price?

  • Yes, the exam fee and all materials needed are included in the course price for certified courses.

What does the Training course include?

  • Our training courses include:

    • Classroom based training for the duration specified for each course, delivered by a highly experienced Radtac Certified Trainer.
    • Course workbook.
    • For courses on our public schedule, refreshments before and during the course are provided, however lunch is not included.
    • Exam fee and materials for all certified courses.
    • Some courses, such as Scrum and SAFe, include a complimentary membership for the Scrum Alliance, respectively Scaled Agile, Inc. community.
    • Course joining instructions, support from the Radtac Training team for any questions, and support from the trainer during and after the course.

What time do Training courses start?

  • The start time for our Training courses varies depending on the course. Generally, start time is either 9 AM or 9.30 AM. Please check your course joining instructions for the right start time.

Do you offer group discounts?

  • Yes, we offer group discounts for people from the same company, booking the same Training course. There is a 10% discount available for a group of at least 3 people, and a 15% discount for groups of minimum 5 people.

Do you offer any other discounts?

  • Early bird pricing is available on Radtac Training courses – check out the Training Schedule. Additionally, attendees that have completed a Training course with Radtac previously are eligible for discounts on selected courses within our portfolio. Contact us today if you have an enquiry.

What is Early bird pricing?

  • Early bird is a discount available on most of our public training courses for individuals who register in advance.  To qualify you must register and pay at least one month in advance of the course start date. Courses currently offering early bird pricing will be displayed on our Training Schedule with ‘early bird’ in red text on the course listing. For those who select to pay by purchase order or bank transfer we’ll issue you an invoice confirming the final date by which payment must be with us. If payment does not reach us by this date, the course fee will revert to list price and an amended invoice will be issued.

What is the dress code for the Training courses?

  • There is no special dress code required for the training. Attendees do tend to dress smart-casual.

Does Radtac offer anything else apart from Agile Training?

Are the courses certified or uncertified?

  • We offer both certified and uncertified courses. Please refer to the course description to make sure the course meets your certification needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • There are several payment options available. We accept card payment via all types of cards, including Amex. We also accept purchase orders and bank transfers. Please not: currently we do not take payment via PayPal.
