Thank you for considering Radtac to support you with your Learning & Development requirement. The following document contains some useful information about our course booking process along with our terms and conditions.

We recommend reading this document, before proceeding with a booking as it outlines the process and conditions that apply to all scheduled events and govern your relationship with Radtac Limited.

Course registration

You may instruct us to make a course registration in the following ways:

  • Completing and submitting a course registration form via our website
  • Completing an offline course booking form & supplying a Purchase Order to our training team

By completing and submitting a registration form or purchase order to our training team you agree to comply with our terms and conditions, which you should read before making a booking.

What’s included in your registration

Your registration includes any relevant training documentation and light refreshments during the course but does not include accommodation or transport costs.

You can view a detailed list of what you’ll receive for your course on our website or within your course joining instructions.

On occasion we may have to send you course materials in advance of the course, these materials will only be sent once full payment has been received. Any delay in sending these materials due to the non-payment of your course fees is your responsibility.

Paying for your course

Payment for your training can be made via Credit/Debit card, Purchase Order or Bank Transfer.

We require full payment of your courses fees in advance of your training. This will usually be required 7 working days prior to your course start date. However, where a course is in high demand we may contact you to request payment sooner.

Your course registration[s] is only confirmed on receipt of full payment of the fees due. Until this time your course place is considered by us as provisional and can be cancelled or transferred at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure course fees are paid ahead of your training. We reserve the right to withhold exam registration and membership to the course certifying body until full payment is received.

If payment is not received within the required time under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998, a late payment will be subject to an interest charge of base rate plus 8 %.

Your course price

We will endeavour to ensure that the most up to date and correct prices are shown on our website. We reserve the right to raise or lower our prices at any time.

The price you pay is fixed at the time of booking. If you believe a price to be incorrect you must contact the Learning & Development team prior to booking your course, otherwise, we will accept your registration as your agreement to pay the fees detailed on your booking confirmation/contract.

If you cancel/reschedule your registration

You may cancel/reschedule your event booking at any time. Written notification must be received by our training team to confirm the cancellation/rescheduling request. You can contact the team by emailing [training@radtac.com].

Failure to pay any of the above fees will be deemed as confirmation of cancellation of your registration and no refund will be made of the prepaid amount of the initial course fee.

Since we incur costs when cancelling/rescheduling your event booking, charges will be made in accordance with the table below.

The period before the course start date within which notice of cancellation/rescheduling is received by us in writing:
30+ calendar days Rescheduling/Cancellation: No course fee will be applied unless this is your second request when a **transfer fee will apply
11-29 calendar days Rescheduling/Cancellation: 50% course fee payable plus any non-refundable expenses incurred and **transfer fee.
6-10 calendar days Rescheduling/Cancellation:  75% course fee payable plus any non-refundable expenses incurred and **transfer fee.
0-5 calendar days Rescheduling/Cancellation: 100% course fee payable plus any non-refundable expenses incurred and **transfer fee.

For courses cancelled by instruction from you the payment processing fee charged by our provider will be deducted from the final refund provided to you. For European cards this is charged at a rate of 1.4% plus 20p and for non-European cards 2.9% + 20p. Our team can provide an illustration of this fee prior to requesting the cancellation.

We deem the non-attendance of training on the course date to be notification of cancellation of the course booking.

We are not responsible for any additional costs or losses you may incur as a result of instructing us to cancel/reschedule your registration.

**You are permitted to transfer onto an alternative course date ​once ​without incurring an administration fee. The administration fee is £100 + VAT for each subsequent change. If you are wishing to transfer to a course of higher value you will be required to pay the difference in price and/or the administration fee at the time of instructing the transfer. If the course you are transferring to is of lower value the original booking price will still be payable.

Failure to pay any of the above fees will be deemed as confirmation of cancellation of your registration and no refund will be made of the prepaid amount of the initial course fee.

Substitute participants:

Substitute participants are permitted when the course and date of the original registration are unchanged. This will be at no extra cost.

Substitute participants which result in a change of course and/or date will be deemed a request to reschedule training. Please see the section above for rescheduling fees payable.

Substitute participants who are not notified to Radtac in advance of the course will be deemed as a new registration and will be charged at the list price of the course. The original registration will also be charged in full.

If we change or cancel your registration:

We begin planning the courses we offer many months in advance and so we reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in course details both before and after registrations have been confirmed. We also reserve the right to cancel confirmed registrations at any time. For example, if the minimum number of attendees required for a particular course is not reached, we may have to cancel the course.

Changes we may need to make to a course are usually minor this could be a change in venue, date or trainer. Minor changes are normally communicated by email. Please check the most recent course joining instructions for the most accurate information about the course you are attending.

Occasionally, we may have to make a major change this could include postponement or cancellation of the course. If we have to make a major change, we will tell you as soon as possible. When contacting you we will provide you with details of options available.  Options will include a full refund of your pre-paid fees.

Should an event need to be cancelled due to circumstances out of our control for example due to adverse weather conditions, acts of terrorism, geographical incidents, pandemics, we will reschedule the course and no refund will be made. We are not responsible for any additional costs or losses the client may incur as a result of unforeseen events.

Special requests/allowances

If you are booking a course that includes an examination, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that you are provided with the access or support required to allow you to sit the examination within reasonable limits to ensure you have as equal a chance as any other candidate to pass the examination. We can provide details of the specific policy of the examination body for your course on request.

We will liaise with the course examination body (if applicable) and trainer to ensure where possible any special requests are met.

If you have a complaint

If you have any reason to complain or experience any problems with your training arrangements, before, during or after the course, you must immediately inform our training team.

You can contact us by telephone, email or in writing. We will respond to all complaints within 5 workings days. You can request a full copy of our complaints policy by emailing training@radtac.com.



All material supplied by us remains the copyright of Radtac Ltd and no copies may be made without prior agreement.

Collection and use of your personal information

Our privacy policy describes how Radtac Ltd and the group of companies under the Radtac brand (we, us or our) collect and use personal data obtained from you when you visit our website, complete a trainer registration or booking form. You can view the full policy on our website. 

You acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be processed in accordance with this policy. Without this, we will be unable to provide you with certain training services and communications, such as send you confirmation of your registration, news from our trainers and other important information.

Our Privacy Policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from May 2018. We are the data controller in respect of any personal data we collect about you and have appointed a data protection officer (DPO) who is responsible for monitoring our data protection compliance.
