This course uncovers how Programme Managers will work with multiple Agile teams, to coordinate and schedule releases taking into account dependencies, risks and issues. You will also learn the subtle differences between leadership and management. Using the Disciplined Agile Delivery Framework, this course employs practical exercises, case studies and interactive discussions to explore the role of Agile Programme Management.
