This course is designed for Senior Managers, Sponsors or Accountable Executives, and Stakeholders, who are involved in the oversight of significant agile business change initiatives. It gives an understanding of their role in ensuring project outcomes are achieved within time, budget and high-quality delivery.
It is designed to introduce, or remind, the participants of the importance of their role in delivering successful change. It will illustrate best practice by the use of pointers and pitfalls based upon recent project experience.
Using a case study approach it will illustrate the early warning signs of a project that is challenged. It will give rule-of-thumb indicators to provoke further scrutiny by the Sponsors or Accountable Executives and Stakeholders. It will give participants some simple tools to help with their analysis and decision making.
