Course Overview

The aim of the course is to introduce the participant to the Scrum method through both theory and practice exercises.

The course includes a lot of exercises including eg. Construction of a Scrumliner aircraft that allows participants to learn how to work in a Scrum team and practice iterative and incremental work on a Sprint basis.

This course does not include an examination or formal certification. However after the course, the participant can independently complete Scrum.org's Scrum Master or Product Owner certification for a fee.
