Learning Objectives

By the end of this course you will be able to:

• Review the different Agile approaches for cadence and flow based delivery
• Understand the roles and responsibilities of agile roles and how the Architecture Owner works with them
• Understand the need to move from artefacts to collaboration
• Get hands on experience of Agile Modelling
• Understand Emergent Design and Evolutionary Architecture
• Gain knowledge of the benefit of Feature Teams and the architectures that support them
• Understand some of the key patterns and practices for Agile Architecture

Audience

Anyone involved in emerging an Agile Architecture. This could be an Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, Application Architect or Developer within a Development Team who has self organised to be the contact for architecture in the team.

Pre-requisites

This course does not have any pre-requisites but an experience of eXtreme Programming practices and the Agile software development lifecycle would be an advantage.

This course does not require any pre-course preparation.
