Audience

Agile Coaches or aspiring coaches with a passion for servant leadership and a desire to learn and practice facilitation, professional coaching, mentoring, and teaching in service of Agile teams. Other relevant roles include ScrumMasters, Iteration Managers and Agile Project Managers.

Although it is not a formal prerequisite, we have found that this certification is best pursued after Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF).

Pre-requisites

The following pre-requisites are highly recommended for those who intend to complete this class

• A strong grasp of Agile fundamentals (ICAgile Fundamentals or similar)
• At least 6+ months working on an Agile team with some experience facilitating Agile practices in teams
• Attended and hold ICAgile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) certification

Any pre-course preparation will be provided you ahead of the class.

Certifying Bodies & Exams

This course is accredited by ICAgile on successfully completing this class and demonstrating the required learning outcomes, participants will receive ICAgile Coaching (ICP-ACC) certification.

Online Details

We use Zoom video conferencing to host our live online courses via a virtual classroom. We recommend that before registering participants run a zoom test meeting and check system requirements to ensure they are able to connect. Participants will also use our digital workspace, Mural and our Agile Tools Mobile app for collaboration with the class and completing exercises for the duration of the course. You’ll find links below to test and explain requirements for each of these tools.
