Thriving in the digital age with Business Agility
Thriving in the digital age with Business Agility
Radtac are still running all scheduled and on-site training as planned. For further information please see our policy here.
On Tuesday 3rd March 2020, Scaled Agile announced it would allow requests for remote course delivery for on-site (private) courses only. While we strongly believe in person interactive collaborative training experiences are far superior to remote training, we understand that challenging times call for different approaches. We would ask anyone who would like to make a request for private course via remote delivery to contact our team on +44 (0) 203-811-0424 or email@example.com. We'll register your interest and continue to follow advice from official channels to make sensible decisions on remote delivery.
During this two-day course, attendees gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.
Participants in the class gain insights into mastering Business Agility in order to thrive in the competitive market. They discuss how to establish team and technical agility and organise and re-organise around the flow of value. They also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Participants in the class explore the importance of adopting a customer-centric mindset and design thinking approach to agile product delivery. Learners also develop an understanding for implementing a Lean Portfolio Management function in their enterprise.
