The only way to not only save the company, but also make it competitive and profitable is “The Phoenix Project”, an IT enabled business transformation, with Retail Operations as the business owner. This one-day, role-based business simulation is based on the seminal novel about DevOps, The Phoenix Project, shines a light on the core cultural and behavioural needs for a successful DevOps implementation.
DevOps is more than just as set of tools or arcane methodologies: it’s a mind-set. This Business Game allows teams to experience the benefits of adopting a DevOps approach and allow them to feel first-hand how awkward that behavioural shift can be.
